CONNECTING FITTING REINFORCED TRUSS WITH CONNECTING FITTING AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF AND DECK PLATE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
Provided are a connecting fitting, a reinforced bar truss having the same, and a manufacturing method thereof, and a deck plate and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the reinforced bar truss and the connecting fitting installed in combination on the deck plate are made engage with a main bar without any welding to the main bar, thereby enhancing working efficiency of connection and maintaining strength of connection and sticking. The reinforced bar truss (2) which comprises: an upper main bar (10) in a linear form; two lower main bars (20) in a linear form; and a pair of lattice materials (30) in a waveform is the connecting fitting (3) connected to an end portion of the deck plate (1) integrally joined to a base plate portion (40) as a structural material of a concrete slab and placed on a spherical beam (5) of a construction. The connecting fitting (3) includes: a support member (50) having a first bar-shaped portion (51) extended in a direction of a plate surface of the base plate portion (40) and a second bar-shaped portion (52) obtained by bending and extending one end of the first bar-shaped portion (51) upwardly; and a fixing member (60) having a first linear portion bonded to the second bar-shaped portion (52) while intersecting the same and engagement portions (62) disposed at both ends of the first linear portion (61) to keep engaging with the lower main bars (20).
