CONNECTING METAL FITTING, REINFORCING BAR TRUSS WITH CONNECTING METAL FITTING, MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF, DECK PLATE, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
To provide a connecting metal fitting, a reinforcing bar truss with the connecting metal fitting, its manufacturing method, a deck plate, and its manufacturing method capable of improving the work efficiency of connection and maintaining the strength of connection fixation by engaging the reinforcing bar truss and the connecting metal fitting juxtaposed on the deck plate with a main reinforcement without welding them.SOLUTION: A connecting metal fitting 3 is used to connect a reinforcing bar truss 2 which is provided with a linear upper main reinforcement 10, two linear lower main reinforcements 20, and a pair of wavy lattice materials 30, to an end part of a deck plate 1 integrated with a bottom plate part 40 as a structural material of a concrete slab and bridged over a skeleton beam 5 of a building. The connecting metal fitting 3 is provided with: a first rod-like part 51 extending in a plate surface direction of the bottom plate part 40; a supporting member 50 having a second rod-like part 52 having one end of the first rod-like part 51 bent and extending upward; a first straight line part 61 joined by crossing the second rod-like part 52; and a fastening member 60 having engaging parts 62 maintaining a state engaged with the lower main reinforcement 20 at both ends of the first straight line part 61.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】デッキプレートに並設される鉄筋トラスと連結金具を、主筋に溶接を施すことなく係合させて、連結の作業効率の向上と連結固着の強度の維持を図ることができる、連結金具、連結金具付き鉄筋トラス及びその製造方法、デッキプレート及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】線状の上部主筋10と、2本の線状の下部主筋20と、波状の一対のラチス材30を備える鉄筋トラス2が、コンクリートスラブの構造材としての底板部40と一体となって建造物の躯体梁5に掛け渡されるデッキプレート1の端部に連結される、連結金具3である。連結金具3は、底板部40の板面方向に延出した第1棒状部51と、第1棒状部51の一端が屈曲して上方に延出した第2棒状部52を有する支持部材50と、第2棒状部52と交差して接合された第1直線部61と、第1直線部61の両端に下部主筋20に係り合った状態を維持する係合部62を有する留め部材60と、を備える。【選択図】図1
