In accordance with an aspect of the present invention, a sectional height variable-type girder comprising a fixing pin and a wire comprises: a girder part; a plate bar disposed under the girder part and extending in a longitudinal direction of the girder part; a pair of fixing parts for fixing both ends of the plate bar to the girder part; and a sectional height change part disposed between the girder part and the plate bar between the pair of fixing parts. The sectional height change part includes: a first cylinder coupled to the girder part and having an opened lower surface; a second cylinder coupled to the plate bar and having an opened surface such that the first cylinder is inserted therein; the fixing pin coupled to a first fastening hole of the first cylinder and a second fastening hole of the second cylinder; a spring disposed in a vertically compressed state in the first and second cylinders; a support coupled to the plate bar and spaced apart from the second cylinder in a longitudinal direction of the plate bar; and the wire having both ends fixed to the fixing pin and the support.
