In accordance with an aspect of the present invention, a sectional height variable-type girder comprising a hydraulic cylinder comprises: a girder part; a plate bar disposed under the girder part and extending in a longitudinal direction of the girder part; a pair of fixing parts for fixing both ends of the plate bar to the girder part; and a sectional height change part disposed between the girder part and the plate bar between the pair of fixing parts. The sectional height change part includes: a hydraulic cylinder comprising a cylinder body coupled to the plate bar, and a piston rod movably coupled to the cylinder body in a vertical direction to support the girder part; a support coupled to the plate bar and spaced apart from the cylinder body in a longitudinal direction of the plate bar; a wire having both ends fixed to the cylinder body and the support; a sensor for measuring the tension of the wire; a hydraulic pressure supply unit for supplying hydraulic pressure to the hydraulic cylinder; and a control unit for driving the hydraulic pressure supply unit to supply the hydraulic pressure to the hydraulic cylinder, when the tension measured by the sensor is greater than or equal to a preset reference tension.
