Disclosed is a sectional height variable-type girder comprising an anchor block assembly. According to an aspect of the present invention, a sectional height variable-type girder comprising an anchor block assembly comprises: a girder part; a plate bar disposed under the girder part and extending in a longitudinal direction of the girder part; a pair of anchor block assemblies for fixing both ends of the plate bar to the girder part; and a pair of inclined members having one end coupled to the plate bar between the pair of anchor block assemblies, and the other end coupled to the anchor block assembly by extending diagonally upward. A slot hole extending in a longitudinal direction of the girder part is formed in a lower flange of the girder part. The anchor block assembly includes: an anchor block seated on the plate bar, and having an upper portion coupled to the other end of the inclined member; a bolt having a head part seated on the lower flange, and a threaded part extending downward from the head part and penetrating the anchor block and the plate bar through the slot hole; and a nut screwed to a lower end of the threaded part. The plate bar is fixed to the girder part by frictional resistance between the head part and the lower flange in a state where pre-tension is applied.
