VERTICAL SCREENING APPARATUS FOR WASTE AND SINK SAND REMOVER
The present invention provides a vertical screen apparatus, in order to remove impurities and sediments by catching the impurities from sewage and wastewater, introduced into a sewage and wastewater treatment plant, with a vertical screen and collecting up the impurities with rakes driven by chain and at the same time, scooping up the sediments stacked on the floor of a water channel in front of the vertical screen with buckets alternately arranged with the rakes on the chain, which comprises: the vertical screen (100) on which a plurality of screen bars (110) are arranged at regular intervals for catching the impurities from the sewage and wastewater passing through the water channel; hoisting chain (200) on which rakes (210) are attached at regular intervals for raking out the impurities caught on the screen bars (110) of the vertical screen (100) and which rotates in a caterpillar manner by means of a driving unit (220) provided on the ground above the water channel; and a discharge chute (300) for discharging, to the outside, the impurities raked up by the rakes (210), wherein the hoisting chain (200) further includes a horizontal transfer unit (230) provided on the floor of the water channel (W) of the lower part in front of the vertical screen (110) and the hoisting chain (200) is provided with buckets (240) alternately installed with the rakes (210) to rake up the sediments on the floor of the water channel and to discharge the sediments to the discharge chute (300) while being transferred along the horizontal transfer unit (230).
본 발명은 오수 및 폐수처리장으로 유입되는 오폐수 중의 협잡물을 수직 스크린으로 걸러 체인으로 구동되는 레이크로 걷어올림과 동시에 수직 스크린 전방의 수로 바닥에 쌓인 침사물을 상기 체인에 레이크와 교대로 배치된 버킷으로 퍼올려 제거할 수 있도록 수로를 통과하는 오폐수중의 협잡물을 걸러내기 위하여 다수의 스크린 바(110)가 일정간격으로 배치된 수직 스크린(100); 상기 수직 스크린(100)의 스크린 바(110)에 걸린 협잡물을 긁어내기 위한 레이크(210)가 일정간격으로 부착되며 수로 상부의 지상에 구비된 구동부(220)에 의해 무한궤도식으로 회전하는 인양체인(200); 상기 레이크(210)에 의해 긁어 올린 협잡물을 외부로 배출하기 위한 배출슈트(300);를 포함하여 이루어지는 수직 스크린장치로, 상기 인양체인(200)은 수직 스크린(110) 전방 하부의 수로(W) 바닥에 구비된 수평이송부(230)를 더 포함하고, 상기 인양체인(200)에는 상기 레이크(210)와 교대로 설치되어 상기 수평이송부(230)를 따라 이송되면서 수로(W) 바닥의 침사물을 긁어올려 배출슈트(300)로 배출하는 버킷(240)이 구비되어 있다.

The present invention provides a vertical screen apparatus, in order to remove impurities and sediments by catching the impurities from sewage and wastewater, introduced into a sewage and wastewater treatment plant, with a vertical screen and collecting up the impurities with rakes driven by chain and at the same time, scooping up the sediments stacked on the floor of a water channel in front of the vertical screen with buckets alternately arranged with the rakes on the chain, which comprises: the vertical screen (100) on which a plurality of screen bars (110) are arranged at regular intervals for catching the impurities from the sewage and wastewater passing through the water channel; hoisting chain (200) on which rakes (210) are attached at regular intervals for raking out the impurities caught on the screen bars (110) of the vertical screen (100) and which rotates in a caterpillar manner by means of a driving unit (220) provided on the ground above the water channel; and a discharge chute (300) for discharging, to the outside, the impurities raked up by the rakes (210), wherein the hoisting chain (200) further includes a horizontal transfer unit (230) provided on the floor of the water channel (W) of the lower part in front of the vertical screen (110) and the hoisting chain (200) is provided with buckets (240) alternately installed with the rakes (210) to rake up the sediments on the floor of the water channel and to discharge the sediments to the discharge chute (300) while being transferred along the horizontal transfer unit (230).
본 발명은 오수 및 폐수처리장으로 유입되는 오폐수 중의 협잡물을 수직 스크린으로 걸러 체인으로 구동되는 레이크로 걷어올림과 동시에 수직 스크린 전방의 수로 바닥에 쌓인 침사물을 상기 체인에 레이크와 교대로 배치된 버킷으로 퍼올려 제거할 수 있도록 수로를 통과하는 오폐수중의 협잡물을 걸러내기 위하여 다수의 스크린 바(110)가 일정간격으로 배치된 수직 스크린(100); 상기 수직 스크린(100)의 스크린 바(110)에 걸린 협잡물을 긁어내기 위한 레이크(210)가 일정간격으로 부착되며 수로 상부의 지상에 구비된 구동부(220)에 의해 무한궤도식으로 회전하는 인양체인(200); 상기 레이크(210)에 의해 긁어 올린 협잡물을 외부로 배출하기 위한 배출슈트(300);를 포함하여 이루어지는 수직 스크린장치로, 상기 인양체인(200)은 수직 스크린(110) 전방 하부의 수로(W) 바닥에 구비된 수평이송부(230)를 더 포함하고, 상기 인양체인(200)에는 상기 레이크(210)와 교대로 설치되어 상기 수평이송부(230)를 따라 이송되면서 수로(W) 바닥의 침사물을 긁어올려 배출슈트(300)로 배출하는 버킷(240)이 구비되어 있다.
