The present disclosure provides a construction apparatus of a tape member, comprising: a main body unit; a sealing material construction unit installed on one side of the main body unit and constructing a sealing material in a construction unit; and a tape member construction unit installed on the other side of the main body unit and constructing the tape member in the construction unit supplied with the sealing material. The present disclosure provides a new construction apparatus capable of performing mechanically precise construction of the tape member.
