ANCHOR BOLT OPENING AND CLOSING APPARATUS OF GANG FORM
An anchor bolt opening/closing apparatus of a gang form according to the present invention comprises: an elastic ring unit located in front of a lifting ring unit fixated to the upper part of a vertical member of the gang form to rise by a predetermined distance, and having both end parts widened or narrowed by an elastic force; a cover unit coupled to the both end parts of the elastic ring unit to open/close the anchor bolt of the gang form by being widened or narrowed together as the both ends are widened or narrowed; and a widening force transmission unit connected to the vertical member of the gang form and the both ends of the elastic ring unit such that the both ends of the elastic ring unit are widened or narrowed when the elastic ring unit rises or falls. The present invention can realize cost saving and process simplification in accordance with a simple structure since the cover unit covering a fixation bolt is widened or narrowed by deformation of the both ends to open/close the fixation bolt when the elastic ring unit having the elastic force rises, reduce a configuration since the cover unit returns to an original position without a separate elastic body and enhance a recovery force by connecting the both end parts of the elastic ring unit through an elastic part. In addition, the present invention can adjust an opening degree and a closing degree of the cover unit according to a fixation position of the widening force transmitting unit since a position where the widening force transmitting unit is fixated to the elastic ring unit and the vertical member can be adjusted.
개시된 본 발명에 따른 갱폼의 앙카볼트 개폐장치는, 갱폼의 수직재 상부에 고정되는 인양고리부의 전방에 위치하여 소정 거리만큼 상승하며 탄성력에 의해 양단부가 벌어지거나 오므려지는 탄성고리부; 상기 탄성고리부의 상기 양단부에 결합되어 상기 양단부가 벌어지거나 오므려짐에 따라서 함께 벌어지거나 오므려져 상기 갱폼의 앙카볼트를 개폐시키는 커버부; 및 상기 갱폼의 수직재와 상기 탄성고리부의 양단부에 연결되어 상기 탄성고리부가 상승 또는 하강하는 경우 상기 탄성고리부의 양단부가 벌어지도록 하거나 오므려지도록 하는 벌림력 전달부;를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 탄성력을 가지는 탄성고리부의 상승시 양단부의 변형에 의해 고정볼트를 가리는 커버부가 벌어지거나, 오므려지면서 고정볼트를 개폐시키므로 단순 구조에 따른 비용 절감 및 공정 단순화를 구현 가능하고, 별도의 탄성체 없이 커버부를 원위치시키므로 구성 감소가 가능하며, 탄성고리부의 양단부를 탄성부를 통해 연결시켜 커버부의 복귀력을 향상시키는 효과가 있다. 또한, 본 발명은, 탄성고리부 및 수직재에 벌림력 전달부의 고정 위치 조절이 가능하므로 벌림력 전달부의 고정 위치에 따라 커버부의 개방 정도와 폐쇄 정도를 조절 가능한 효과가 있다.

An anchor bolt opening/closing apparatus of a gang form according to the present invention comprises: an elastic ring unit located in front of a lifting ring unit fixated to the upper part of a vertical member of the gang form to rise by a predetermined distance, and having both end parts widened or narrowed by an elastic force; a cover unit coupled to the both end parts of the elastic ring unit to open/close the anchor bolt of the gang form by being widened or narrowed together as the both ends are widened or narrowed; and a widening force transmission unit connected to the vertical member of the gang form and the both ends of the elastic ring unit such that the both ends of the elastic ring unit are widened or narrowed when the elastic ring unit rises or falls. 개시된 본 발명에 따른 갱폼의 앙카볼트 개폐장치는, 갱폼의 수직재 상부에 고정되는 인양고리부의 전방에 위치하여 소정 거리만큼 상승하며 탄성력에 의해 양단부가 벌어지거나 오므려지는 탄성고리부; 상기 탄성고리부의 상기 양단부에 결합되어 상기 양단부가 벌어지거나 오므려짐에 따라서 함께 벌어지거나 오므려져 상기 갱폼의 앙카볼트를 개폐시키는 커버부; 및 상기 갱폼의 수직재와 상기 탄성고리부의 양단부에 연결되어 상기 탄성고리부가 상승 또는 하강하는 경우 상기 탄성고리부의 양단부가 벌어지도록 하거나 오므려지도록 하는 벌림력 전달부;를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 탄성력을 가지는 탄성고리부의 상승시 양단부의 변형에 의해 고정볼트를 가리는 커버부가 벌어지거나, 오므려지면서 고정볼트를 개폐시키므로 단순 구조에 따른 비용 절감 및 공정 단순화를 구현 가능하고, 별도의 탄성체 없이 커버부를 원위치시키므로 구성 감소가 가능하며, 탄성고리부의 양단부를 탄성부를 통해 연결시켜 커버부의 복귀력을 향상시키는 효과가 있다. 또한, 본 발명은, 탄성고리부 및 수직재에 벌림력 전달부의 고정 위치 조절이 가능하므로 벌림력 전달부의 고정 위치에 따라 커버부의 개방 정도와 폐쇄 정도를 조절 가능한 효과가 있다.
