CEMENT COMPOSITE HAVING EXCELLENT SALT RESISTANCE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR THE SAME
Provided are a cement composite with excellent salt resistance and a method for producing the same, in which a chemical admixture of calcium alginate and powdered calcium oxide is prepared to form a cement composite such that the cement composite can suppress rebar corrosion, a chlorine ion adsorbent, in which calcium alginate that fixes salt as well as powdered calcium oxide that can adsorb and fix salt are mixed, is formed so as to adsorb and fix internal and penetrating salt inside the concrete and to reduce the amount of chloride, and the concentration of chloride in the cement composite is reduced by 30-70% compared to general cement composites so as to suppress rebar corrosion in a concrete structure and increase the strength and watertightness of the cement composite such that a lifetime of the concrete structure can be prolonged.
알긴산칼슘과 분말 칼슘옥사이드가 혼합된 화학혼화제를 제조하여 시멘트 복합체를 형성함으로써, 철근 부식을 억제할 수 있고, 또한, 염분을 고정하는 알긴산칼슘뿐만 아니라 염분을 흡착 및 고정할 수 있는 분말 칼슘옥사이드가 혼합된 염소이온 흡착제를 형성함으로써, 콘크리트 내부에 내재 및 침투한 염분을 흡착 및 고정화시키고, 염화물량을 저하시킬 수 있으며, 또한, 일반 시멘트 복합체에 비해 염화물 농도를 30~70%정도 감소시킴으로써 콘크리트 구조물 내의 철근 부식을 억제할 뿐만 아니라 시멘트 복합체의 강도와 수밀성을 향상시킴으로써 콘크리트 구조물의 수명을 연장시킬 수 있는, 내염해성이 우수한 시멘트 복합체 및 그 제조방법이 제공된다.
