The present invention relates to a twin head drum cutter and an excavator having the same, wherein the twin head drum cutter comprises: a connecting frame which is connected to the arm of an excavator; a hydraulic motor which is separably mounted in the connecting frame, and operated by a hydraulic pressure; a pair of rotating drums which are individually installed at the both sides of the front end of the connecting frame so as to be simultaneously rotated by the hydraulic motor; and a plurality of cutters which are disposed to be aligned in a spiral shape from the rotation center at each of the rotating drums. Therefore, according to the present invention, a twin drum cutter of an excavator may be constructed, and an efficient arrangement structure of the cutter and an efficient power use of the hydraulic motor are enabled, so as to generate a powerful crushing force to improve work efficiency. Furthermore, the present invention may be used for various purposes such as profiling, trenching, soft rock crushing, rock mountain work, and dismantlement. The present invention has a wide operational strength range and excellent usability in comparison with a bucket, a hydraulic breaker or the like, and provides a prefabricated assembly structure having an easily-replaceable hydraulic motor, thereby enabling the time and costs required for maintenance and repair to be reduced.
본 발명은 굴삭기의 아암에 연결되는 연결프레임; 상기 연결프레임 내에 분리 가능하게 장착되고, 유압에 의해 구동하는 유압모터; 상기 유압모터에 의해 동시에 회전하도록 상기 연결프레임의 전단 양측에 각각 설치되는 한 쌍의 회전드럼; 및 상기 회전드럼 각각에 회전중심으로부터 나선형으로 다수로 배열되도록 마련되는 커터;를 포함하는 트윈 헤드 드럼 커터 및 이를 구비한 굴삭기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 굴삭기의 드럼 커터를 트윈으로 구성할 뿐만 아니라, 커터의 효율적인 배치 구조와 유압모터의 효율적인 동력 사용을 가능하게 함으로써, 강력한 파쇄력을 발생하도록 하여 작업 효율을 향상시킬 수 있고, 프로파일링, 트렌칭, 연암파쇄, 석산작업, 철거 등과 같은 다양한 용도로의 사용이 가능하도록 할 뿐만 아니라, 버켓이나 유압브레이커 등에 비하여, 작업 대상의 강도 범위가 넓어 활용도가 뛰어나도록 할 수 있으며, 유압모터의 교체가 용이한 조립식 어셈블리 구조를 제공함으로써, 유지 및 보수에 소요되는 시간과 비용을 줄일 수 있다.
