Insulation panel for outer wall with a function of fire spread prevention
According to the present invention, an insulation panel for an outer wall includes: a body frame comprising first and second metal sheets arranged in parallel to each other while having both sides of the width bent so as to form insertion grooves on one and the other side of the width; an insulation material filling a gap between the first and second metal sheets; a fireproof plasterboard, when two body frames are connected in a widthwise direction, having one end inserted into an insertion groove formed in one of the body frames and having the other end inserted into an insertion groove formed in the other body frame; and a reinforcement bracket mounted to cover a part of the outer side of the fireproof plasterboard. According to the present invention, the insulation panel for an outer wall can bring about advantages of preventing flames or smoke from leaking through a connection part of two insulation panels in case of a fire, increasing structural strength by improving the bonding force of the connection part of the two insulation panels, and eliminating concerns about the removal of a fireproof plasterboard.
본 발명에 의한 외벽용 단열패널은, 상호 평행하게 배열되되 폭방향 일측과 타측에 삽입홈을 형성하도록 폭방향 양측이 절곡되는 제1 금속판재와 제2 금속판재로 이루어지는 바디프레임; 상기 제1 금속판재와 제2 금속판재 사이를 채우는 단열재; 두 개의 바디프레임이 폭방향으로 연결될 때, 어느 하나의 바디프레임에 형성된 삽입홈에 일단이 삽입되고 다른 하나의 바디프레임에 형성된 삽입홈에 타단이 삽입되는 방화석고보드; 상기 방화석고보드의 외측면 일부를 덮도록 장착되는 보강브라켓;을 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 의한 외벽용 단열패널을 이용하면, 화재 시 두 단열패널의 연결부위를 통해 화염이나 연기가 새어나가지 아니하며, 두 단열패널 연결부위의 결합력이 향상되어 구조적 강도가 높아지고, 방화석고보드의 탈거 우려가 없어진다는 장점이 있다.
