Insulation panel for inner wall with a function of fire spread prevention
According to the present invention, an insulation panel for an inner wall includes: a pair of metal plates arranged in parallel, and having both sides of the width bent such that at least one insertion groove is formed on each side of the width; an insulation material filling a space between the pair of metal plates; a fireproof plaster board having one end inserted into the insertion groove of one of the metal plate and having the other end inserted into the insertion groove of the other one when two different pairs of metal plates are connected in a width direction; and a reinforcement bracket mounted to cover a part of the outer surface of the fireproof plaster board. According to the present invention, the insulation panel for an inner wall is capable of preventing the spread of a fire by preventing flames and smoke from leaking through a gap between two consecutively connected insulation panels in case of a fire, having excellent structural strength by improving the bonding strength of a connection part of two consecutively connected insulation panels, and improving constructability by connecting two insulation panels substantially without using a separate fastening means such as a bolt or the like.
본 발명에 의한 내벽용 단열패널은, 평행하게 배열되되, 폭방향 일측과 타측에 각각 하나 이상의 삽입홈이 형성되도록 폭방향 양측이 절곡되는 한 쌍의 금속판재; 상기 한 쌍의 금속판재 사이를 채우는 단열재; 서로 다른 두 쌍의 금속판재가 폭방향으로 연결될 때, 일측 금속판재의 삽입홈에 일단이 삽입되고 타측 금속판재의 삽입홈에 타단이 삽입되는 방화석고보드; 상기 방화석고보드의 외측면 일부를 덮도록 장착되는 보강브라켓;을 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 의한 내벽용 단열패널을 이용하면, 화재발생 시 연이어 연결된 두 개의 단열패널 사이로 화염이나 연기가 새어나가지 아니하므로 화재확산을 방지할 수 있고, 연이어 연결된 두 단열패널의 연결부위 결합강도가 향상되므로 구조적 강도가 우수해지며, 볼트 등과 같은 별도의 체결수단 없이 두 개의 단열패널을 견고하게 연결할 수 있으므로 시공성이 개선된다는 장점이 있다.
