Multi-function safety manhole cover that opens and closes with chain block
The present invention relates to a manhole cover which is mounted on an opening part of a sewer laid on a lower side of a structure such as a sidewalk and a driveway. The manhole cover comprises: a cover frame which is mounted on an inner peripheral of the opening part; a cover which is mounted on the cover frame to be opened and closed; a locking device which locks the cover on the cover frame and releases the cover from the cover frame on a center of a front surface of the cover; a hinge function locking device which is fastened to the cover frame in a hinged manner to open and close the cover from both sides of a rear surface of the cover and performs a locking function; an opening device mounting unit which is laid outside a rear surface of the cover frame to be opened and closed upward; a cover opening device which is mounted to the opening device mounting unit to open and close the cover connected with the locking device; and a safety net which is mounted on a safety net mounting unit and is formed with a plurality of vertical and horizontal members to prevent accidents of falling to the opening part when the cover is opened. The manhole cover has an effect of safely mounting the cover onto the cover frame, safely opening and closing the opening part of the sewer, easily using the cover opening device by carrying and fastening a portable chain block, safely opening and closing the cover by preventing a collision when the cover is opened, easily opening and closing the cover by connecting a chain to an eyebolt to be automatically locked and released, guaranteeing safety when the cover is opened, and preventing negligent accidents.
본 발명은 인도나 차도 등의 구조물 하측에 매설되는 하수관로의 개구부에 안착되는 맨홀덮개로써, 상기 개구부의 내주연에 안착되는 덮개프레임과, 상기 덮개프레임에 안착되어 개폐되는 덮개와, 상기 덮개의 전면 중앙에서 덮개를 덮개프레임에 잠금을 해제시키는 잠금장치와, 상기 덮개의 후면 양측에서 덮개가 개폐되도록 덮개프레임과 힌지체결되고 잠금기능을 하는 힌지기능잠금장치와, 상기 덮개프레임의 후면 외부에 매립되어 상부로 개폐되는 개방장치장착부와, 상기 개방장치장착부에 장착되어 상기 잠금장치와 연결된 덮개를 개폐시키는 덮개개방장치와, 상기 안전망안착부에 안착되며 상기 덮개의 개방시 개구부로 추락하는 사고를 미연에 방지되도록 다수개의 가로세로부재로 형성된 안전망으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하여, 안전하게 덮개를 덮개프레임에 안착시킬 수 있으며, 관로의 개구부를 안전하게 개폐 할 수 있고, 휴대용 체인블럭을 휴대하면서 체결하여 용이하게 덮개개방장치를 사용할 수 있으며, 덮개 개방시 충돌되는 것을 미연에 방지하여 안전하게 덮개를 개폐할 수 있고, 아이볼트에 체인을 연결하여 자동으로 잠금 및 해제되어 덮개를 용이하게 개폐시킬 수 있으며, 덮개의 개방시 안전을 확보할 수 있고, 안전사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
