The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a cat litter using bentonite clay as a main ingredient. More specifically, the method includes steps: a powder forming step of forming bentonite powder from bentonite clay; a dough forming step of mixing bentonite powder with water to form a bentonite dough; a compression step of pressurizing the bentonite dough; an extraction step of extracting the compressed bentonite dough into a lump-shaped molding having a predetermined volume; a molding step of smoothing the surface of the molding; and drying step of drying the molding. Therefore, the cat litter is easily soluble in water and can minimize the generation of dust.
본 발명은 벤토나이트 클레이를 주원료로 하는 고양이 모래의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 벤토나이트 클레이로부터 벤토나이트 분말을 형성하는 분말형성단계; 벤토나이트 분말에 물을 혼합하여 벤토나이트 반죽을 형성하는 반죽형성단계; 상기 벤토나이트 반죽을 가압하는 압축단계; 압축된 벤토나이트 반죽을 소정 부피를 갖는 덩어리 형태의 성형물로 뽑아내는 추출단계; 상기 성형물의 표면을 매끄럽게 가공하는 성형단계; 및 상기 성형물을 건조하는 건조단계;를 포함한다.
