Transport Roller for Heating Furnaces
A disclosed transport roller includes an outer tubular member formed of a metal material into a tubular shape; an inner tubular member provided inside the outer tubular member and formed of a ceramic material into a tubular shape; a plurality of annular projections formed in a ring shape along the outer circumferential surface of the outer tubular member, made of a metal material, and supporting an object to be heated; and a protective member formed in a part of the annular projections making contact with the object to be heated and made of a ceramic film containing a ceramic component.
