DECK-PLATE NO-SUPPORT MOLD
The present invention is to provide a deck plate of a non-supporting form, which is lightweight and easy to assemble. A deck plate of a non-supporting form according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a base of a rectangular plate shape having long one side, a pair of side walls formed along both long sides of the base and extending in the direction perpendicular to the one side of the base, and a coupling rail formed as a groove on one surface of the base along the center between the side walls while having a width for the two side walls to be overlapped and interference-fitted. In addition, the base, the side walls, and the coupling rail are integrally formed of a synthetic resin.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 무지보 거푸집의 데크플레이트는 일변이 긴 직사각형 판상의 부재인 베이스, 베이스의 양측 장변을 따라 형성되고, 베이스의 일면과 수직한 방향으로 연장되는 한 쌍의 측벽 및 측벽들의 가운데를 따라 베이스의 일면에 형성되는 홈으로서, 두 개의 측벽이 겹쳐져 억지끼움될 수 있는 넓이를 지닌 결합레일을 포함한다. 그리고, 베이스, 측벽, 결합레일은 일체로 형성되며 합성수지로 이루어진다.
