3D MOLDING SAND FOR CERAMIC POROUS MOLDING THROUGH 3D PRINTING AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SAME
Molding sand and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The molding sand may comprise granule type aggregates; cement disposed on the surface of the granule type aggregates; and a quick-setting agent disposed on the surface of the granule type aggregates. The molding sand and the manufacturing method thereof according to the present invention are applicable to 3D printing while ensuring porosity and a high specific surface area as well as excellent strength, and hardly cause shrinkage deformation during mold production.
주물사 및 그의 제조방법을 개시한다. 상기 과립형(granule type) 골재; 상기 과립형 골재의 표면 상에 위치하는 시멘트; 및 상기 과립형 골재의 표면 상에 위치하는 급결제;를 포함할 수 있다. 본 발명의 주물사 및 그의 제조방법은 다공성 및 높은 비표면적을 갖는 동시에 강도가 우수하며, 3D 프린팅에 적용 가능하고, 주형 제작 시 수축 변형성이 거의 없는 효과가 있다.
