Intelligent Robot for Automatically Dredging and Cleaning Municipal Engineering Sewage Sewers
The present invention relates to an intelligent robot for automatic dredging and cleaning of a municipal engineering sewage pipe. The intelligent robot for the automatic dredging and cleaning of the municipal engineering sewage pipe according to the present invention includes a cleaning machine body having a first housing and a second housing. A first gear meshed with a second gear is installed at one end of a threaded rod located at the first housing interior, and a second gear is fixedly connected to a rotary rod on which a first conical tooth unit is installed. A first drive motor with a second conical tooth unit (10) is installed in the first housing. A cleaning machine is provided at a front side of the second housing. In addition, a pump is installed in the second housing and two suction pipes and a drain pipe are fixedly connected. Driving wheels (30) are provided in both the first housing (2) and the second housing (3). Since the equipment of the present invention can be effectively fixed, the same is more stable in cleaning.
본 발명에 따른 도시공학 하수관의 자동 준설 및 청소를 위한 지능형 로봇은 제1 하우징과 제2 하우징을 구비한 청소기계본체를 포함한다. 제1 하우징 내부에 위치한 스레드봉의 일단에는 제2 기어가 맞물린 제1 기어가 설치되고, 제2 기어는 제1 원추형 치형부가 설치된 회전봉과 고정연결된다. 제1 하우징에는 제2 원추형 치형부(10)가 설치된 제1 구동 모터가 설치된다. 제2 하우징의 전방측에 청소기계가 구비되며, 제2 하우징에 펌프가 설치되고 2개의 흡입관과 배수관이 고정 연결되며, 제1 하우징(2)과 제2 하우징(3) 모두에 구동 휠(30)이 구비된다. 이 장비는 효과적으로 고정될 수 있어, 청소할 때 더 안정적이다.
