DIELECTRIC CERAMICS COMPOSITION FOR HIGH FREQUENCY DEVICE METHOD OF CONTROLLING MICROWAVE PROPERTIES OF THE SAME CERAMIC SUBSTRATE THEREBY AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
Disclosed is a dielectric ceramic composition for a high-frequency device consisting of so-called ultra-low temperature co-fired ceramics (uLTCC), which has a composition of (Na_1_-_xK_x)_2MoO_4 (where x is greater than 0 and is in the range of 0.2 mol or less) and has a good dielectric constant (ε_r) and dielectric loss (tanδ), excellent microwave dielectric properties of a resonance frequency temperature coefficient (τ_f), and excellent thermal conductivity (κ) properties while being co-fired with an electrode pattern made of general metal materials, which include Au, Ag, Cu, Al, etc. at ultra-low temperatures of approximately 650 ℃ or lower. According to the present invention, the ceramic composition can be co-fired with electrode patterns made of general metal materials including Au, Ag, Cu, Al, and the like at ultra-low temperatures of approximately 650 ℃ or lower, thereby promising for application as a substrate for high-frequency devices.
본 발명은 조성식 (Na1-xKx)2MoO4 (이때, 상기 x는 0보다 크고 0.2 몰 이하의 범위이다)의 조성을 갖고, 대략 650℃ 이하의 초저온에서 Au, Ag, Cu, Al 등을 포함한 일반 금속소재 전극패턴과 동시소성이 가능하면서도, 양호한 유전율(εr) 및 유전손실(tanδ)과 특히 우수한 공진주파수 온도계수(τf)의 마이크로파 유전특성을 갖는 한편, 우수한 열전도율(κ) 특성 또한 갖는, 이른바 초저온 동시소성 세라믹스(ulra-low temperature co-fired ceramics: uLTCC) 조성의 고주파 소자용 유전체 세라믹스 조성물을 개시한다. 이러한 본 발명 세라믹스 조성물은 대략 650℃ 이하의 초저온에서 Au, Ag, Cu, Al 등을 포함한 일반 금속소재 전극패턴과 동시소성이 가능하여 고주파 소자용 기판으로서의 적용이 유망하다.
