System formwork with insulation assembly
An objective of the present invention is to provide a system formwork with an insulation assembly which can stably cure concrete regardless of a season or a weather condition. The system formwork with an insulation assembly comprises: a panel member (110) having a support flange (114) along the circumferential surface thereof; a first support frame (130) provided to have the same length as the horizontal length of the panel member (110), and dividing the panel member (110) to form a plurality of accommodation parts (112); an insulation panel (200) including an insulator (220) inserted into the accommodation parts (112) and an adhesion layer (210) provided on the upper surface of the insulator (220) or the entire bottom surface of the accommodation parts (112); a pressing panel (300) including a bottom panel (310) mounted on the upper surface of the insulation panel (200) and a pressing flange (320) provided on the front and rear ends of the bottom panel (310); and a second support frame (140) mounted and coupled to be perpendicular to the first support frame (130), and pressing the upper surface of the pressing flange (320) to press the entire upper surface of the insulation panel (200).
본 발명은 둘레면을 따라 지지 플랜지(114)가 구성되는 패널부재(110); 상기 패널부재(110)의 가로 방향에 대한 길이와 동일한 길이를 이루도록 구성되고, 상기 패널부재(110)를 구획하여 다수개의 수용부(112)를 형성하는 제1지지 프레임(130); 상기 수용부(112)에 삽입되는 단열재(220)와, 상기 단열재(220)의 하부면, 또는 상기 수용부(112)의 바닥면 전체에 구성되는 접착층(210)을 포함하는 단열패널(200); 상기 단열패널(200)의 상부면에 안착되는 바닥패널(310)과, 이 바닥패널(310)의 전,후방측 단부에 구성되는 가압 플랜지(320)를 포함하는 가압패널(300); 및 상기 제1지지 프레임(130)과 직교를 이루도록 안착 및 결합되고, 상기 가압 플랜지(320)의 상부면을 가압하여 상기 단열패널(200)의 상부 전체면에 대한 가압이 이루어지도록 하는 제2지지 프레임(140);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
