The present invention relates to a planar heating element for preventing road icing, and more specifically to the planar heating element for preventing road icing capable of preventing icing on a road by being buried inside the road and radiating heat to an upper part of the road surface. The present invention is the planar heating element for preventing road icing, which is a metal fiber planar heating element composed of a heating layer formed by weaving metal heating fibers, and an insulating polymer layer formed on the outer surface of the heating layer. The metal fiber planar heating element is buried inside the road, and power is applied thereto so that heat is radiated on the upper part of the road surface.
본 발명은 도로 결빙방지용 면상발열체에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 도로 내부에 매설되어 노면 상부로 열을 발산시킴으로써 도로의 결빙을 방지할 수 있는 도로 결빙방지용 면상발열체에 관한 것으로, 금속발열섬유를 직조하여 형성되는 발열층과, 상기 발열층의 외측면에 형성되는 절연 폴리머층으로 구성되는 금속섬유 면상발열체;로서, 도로 내부에 상기 금속섬유 면상발열체가 매설되고, 전력이 인가됨으로써 도로 노면의 상부로 열이 발산되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
