A FORK TYPE PARKING TOWER
The present invention relates to a fork-type parking tower and, more specifically, to a fork-type parking tower for enabling quick storage and release, which can directly store and release vehicles without pallets, thereby quickly storing and releasing the vehicles. The fork-type parking tower comprises: a hoist way formed in the center thereof to lift a lift; and parking supports provided on both sides of the hoist way in a plurality of layers. The parking supports each have a plurality of forks opened in the direction of the hoist way. The lift comprises: horizontal base plates connected to an elevating device to be lifted; guide rails installed laterally on the base plates; a first transfer plate provided on a left side of each of the guide rails and sliding laterally along the guide rail; a second transfer plate provided on a right side of the guide rail and sliding laterally along the guide rail; a first carrier provided on the upper part of the first transfer plate to move laterally together with the first transfer plate and be lifted by a cylinder, and having a plurality of forks opened to the right; and a second carrier provided on the upper part of the second transfer plate to move laterally together with the second transfer plate and be lifted by the cylinder, and having a plurality of forks opened to the left. The forks of the first carrier, the second carrier, and the parking supports are positioned alternately not to interfere with each other during lateral movement thereof.
본 발명은 포크식 주차타워에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 파렛트 없이 차량을 직접 입출고할 수 있도록 하여 신속하게 차량을 입출고 할 수 있는 신속한 입출고 가능한 포크식 주차타워에 관한 것이다. 신속한 입출고 가능한 포크식 주차타워는, 중앙에 리프트가 승하강 하는 승강로가 형성되고 승강로 양측에 주차대가 복층으로 구비된 주차타워에 있어서, 상기 주차대는 승강로 방향으로 개방된 포크가 다수 구비되며, 상기 리프트는, 인상장치에 연결되어 승하강 하는 수평의 베이스 플레이트; 베이스 플레이트에 횡방향으로 설치되는 안내 레일; 안내 레일의 좌측에 구비되어 안내 레일을 따라 횡방향으로 슬라이딩하는 제1 이송 플레이트; 안내 레일의 우측에 구비되어 안내 레일을 따라 횡방향으로 슬라이딩하는 제2 이송 플레이트; 제1 이송 플레이트 상부에 구비되어 제1 이송 플레이트와 함께 횡방향으로 이동하고 실린더에 의해 승하강하며 우측 방향으로 개방된 포크가 다수 구비된 제1 운반대; 제2 이송 플레이트 상부에 구비되어 제2 이송 플레이트와 함께 횡방향으로 이동하고 실린더에 의해 승하강하며 좌측 방향으로 개방된 포크가 다수 구비된 제2 운반대; 를 포함하고, 상기 제1 운반대와 2 운반대 및 주차대의 포크는 서로 교호되게 위치하여 횡방향 이동시 서로 간섭되지 않도록 한다.

The present invention relates to a fork-type parking tower and, more specifically, to a fork-type parking tower for enabling quick storage and release, which can directly store and release vehicles without pallets, thereby quickly storing and releasing the vehicles.
