Finger catching prevention device of doors and windows
The present invention relates to a finger catching prevention device for doors and windows, designed with a simple structure to prevent fingers from being caught during opening and closing of hinged doors and windows, thus preventing accidents. The finger-catching prevention device for doors and windows according to the present invention comprises: a first coupling piece (21) which has a certain size and is attached to a door frame (10); a second coupling piece (22) which has a certain size corresponding to the first coupling piece (21) to be attached to a door (11) or window; first and second cover panels (23 and 24) which are connected to the first and second coupling pieces (21 and 22) and are mutually connected to cover the gap between the door frame (10) and the door (11) or windows; a foldable link (25) which is interposed at the connection point between the coupling pieces (21 and 22) and the cover panels (23 and 24) and a mutual connection point of each of the cover panels (23 and 24) to enable the cover panels (23 and 24) to be folded and unfolded in the process of opening and closing the door (11) or window; and an adjustment connector (26) which is formed to mutually correspond with either the first coupling piece (21) and the first cover panel (23) or the second coupling piece (22) and the second cover panel (24) to adjust the distance between the door frame (10) and the door (11) or windows.
본 발명은 간단한 구조에 의해 여닫이 창호의 개폐과정에서 손가락이 끼이지 않도록 하여 안전사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있도록 된 창호의 손끼임 방지장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 문틀(10) 상에 부착되는 일정 크기의 제1 결합편(21)과; 상기 제1 결합편(21)에 대응되어 도어(11)나 창문 상에 부착되는 일정 크기의 제2 결합편(22)과; 상기 제1 결합편(21)과 제2 결합편(22)에 연결되어 상기 문틀(10)과 도어(11) 또는 창문 사이의 틈새를 커버하도록 상호 연결된 제1 커버패널(23) 및 제2 커버패널(24)과; 상기 결합편(21,22)과 커버패널(23,24)의 연결부분 및 상기 각 커버패널(23,24)의 상호 연결부분에 개재되어 상기 도어(11)나 창문의 개폐과정에서 상기 커버패널(23,24)의 접힘과 펼침이 가능하도록 된 폴더블링크(25)와; 상기 제1 결합편(21)과 제1 커버패널(23) 상에 상호 대응되게 형성되거나 또는 상기 제2 결합편(22)과 제2 커버패널(24)에 상호 대응되게 형성되어 상기 문틀(10)와 도어(11) 또는 창문과의 거리를 조절할 수 있도록 된 조절커넥터(26)를 포함하여 구성된 창호의 손끼임 방지장치가 제공된다.
