톤백 아스팔트 혼합물 및 그 제조방법, 이를 이용한 현장 가열식 아스팔트 혼합물 및 그 제조방법, 그리고 그 시공방법이 소개된다. 본 발명의 톤백 아스팔트 혼합물 제조방법은, 제1골재를 제1믹서에 투입하여 60~120℃로 가열하는 과정; 아스팔트를 상기 제1믹서에 투입하여 혼합하는 과정; 제2골재를 준비하는 과정; 상기 제1골재와 아스팔트의 부착력이 저하될 수 있도록 혼합된 제1골재와, 상기 아스팔트에 상기 제2골재를 상기 제1믹서에 투입하여 상온 상태에서 60초 이내로 혼합하는 과정; 상기 제1믹서에서 혼합된 재료를 배출하여 상기 제1골재의 열에 의해 상기 제2골재의 습기가 제거될 수 있도록 야적하여 함수율 1% 이내로 조절한 후, 제2믹서에 투입하는 과정; 상기 제2믹서의 혼합물에 추가 아스팔트, 열가소성 수지, 1차 프로세스 오일, 점착재, 채움재 및 추가 투입 오일 중 1개 이상을 선택 투입하여 상온 상태에서 혼합하는 과정; 및 상기 제2믹서에서 제조된 아스팔트 혼합물을 배출하여 톤백으로 포장하는 과정;을 포함한다.
A heat-circulation-type mixer of the present invention comprises a mixer unit for heating and mixing aggregates and asphalt or a ton-sized bag half-asphalt mixture supplied from a conveyor belt, and a heating unit including: a burner for primarily combusting fuel so that combustion gas heating the aggregates and the asphalt can be supplied to the mixer unit; a combustion chamber of which one side communicates with the burner and the other side is open, which has an air supply hole to enable external air to flow therein, and which mixes and secondarily combusts the combustion gas generated through primary combustion in the burner and the external air flowing in from the air supply hole; a main chamber in which the combustion chamber is accommodated, which has a flow path formed between the inner wall thereof and the combustion chamber so that the external air can flow therein, and which mixes and tertiarily combusts, between the open other end of the combustion chamber and the inner wall thereof, external air which has flowed in along the flow path and the secondarily combusted combustion gas; and a blower for supplying the external air to the flow path of the main chamber.
