FLAME AND EXPLOSION PROOF WINDOW STRUCTURE AND METHOD OF ITS INSTALLATION
FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: front glass unit is installed on a frame with a layer insulation material between them as thermal separation. Frame comprises a metal frame, having front and rear part and limiting with its surface, facing inside a window opening, a mounting opening for glazing system; wherein the front part of the frame has metal separating plates welded along the perimeter of said mounting opening, plates providing gaps between them. System of the glazing comprises first and second units of the glazing, wherein first glazing unit is installed in the said mounting opening in the front part of the frame as a blind flap and contains a metal support contour from an angle bar, wherein one flange is welded to said separating plates and is directed inside a room and the other flange extends inside the mounting opening, to make a support ledge, first glazing sheet, installed on rear side of the support contour to thrust against the said support ledge, and metal strips secured on the rear side of the first glazing sheet by bolts to bar flange, welded to separating plates, to ensure that the first glazing sheet presses against the said support ledge. Besides, between the first glazing sheet and adjacent surfaces of support ledge and the strips of glazing unit there is a layer of refractory material, forming a thermo gap between them. Second glazing unit is arranged in the said mounting opening in the rear part of the frame and contains a metal support contour from an angle bar, one of the arms of which protrudes inside the mounting opening, to make a support ledge, second glazing sheet arranged to thrust against the said support ledge, and metal strips pressing the second glazing sheet against the said support contour metal; strips are essentially similar to those in the first glazing unit. At that between the second glazing sheet and adjacent surfaces of the support contour and the strips of the second glazing unit there is a layer of refractory material, forming a thermo gap between them, and the support contour of the second glazing unit is attached to the frame by bolts with provision of seal between the frame and the second glazing unit. Also, disclosed is a method for installing a flame and explosion proof window structure, described above in the window opening, along the internal perimeter has a groove with metal binding, containing the following stages. Placing in said groove a metal fastening frame, so that its part protrudes inside the window opening. Welding a metal support element to the back part of the window frame, facing the sides of the window opening. Setting the window structure into the window opening to allow the thrust of the said support element into the rear part of the fastening frame extending inside the window opening. Welding a metal closing element to the front part of the window frame, facing the sides of the window opening, to allow locking the part of fastening frame extending inside the window opening between the said support and closing elements. Between the projecting part of the mounting frame and adjacent surfaces of the window structure and said support and closing elements there is a fire-resistant material layer, forming a thermo gap between them.EFFECT: disclosed is a flame and explosion window structure with a frame installed in the window opening, glazing system and front glazing unit, covering the frame from the front side.7 cl, 2 dwg
Предложена огневзрывостойкая оконная конструкция, содержащая встраиваемую в оконный проем раму, систему остекления и лицевой стеклопакет, закрывающий собой раму с лицевой стороны. Лицевой стеклопакет установлен на раме с выполнением между ними терморазрыва в виде слоя термоизолирующего материала. Рама содержит металлический каркас, имеющий лицевую и тыльную части и ограничивающий своей поверхностью, обращенной внутрь оконного проема, установочный проем для системы остекления, причем к лицевой части каркаса по периметру упомянутого установочного проема приварены металлические пластины-разделители с обеспечением промежутков между ними. Система остекления включает в себя первый и второй блоки остекления, причем первый блок остекления установлен в упомянутом установочном проеме в лицевой части каркаса рамы в качестве глухой створки и содержит металлический опорный контур из углового профиля, причем одна полка профиля приварена к упомянутым пластинам-разделителям и направлена внутрь помещения, а другая полка профиля выступает внутрь установочного проема, образуя опорный выступ, первый лист остекления, установленный с тыльной стороны от опорного контура с упором в упомянутый опорный выступ, и металлические штапики, прикрепленные с тыльной стороны от первого листа остекления посредством болтовых соединений к полке профиля, приваренной к пластинам-разделителям, с обеспечением прижатия первого листа остекления к упомянутому опорному выступу.
