FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction and can be used to strengthen shallow foundations of buildings and structures under construction as well as existing buildings and structures during their reconstruction and repair. In the method, the device for the manufacture of a bored tapered pile consists of successively connected rods with a central injection channel, joined by couplings, and a drilling device at the end of the lower rod. Said drilling device is made in the form of a drilling head, consisting of drop-down blades hinged at the end of the lower rod and having a helical profile, as well as openings for feeding the working solution.EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the bearing capacity due to the manufacture of a bored tapered pile.1 cl, 9 dwg
Изобретение относится к области строительства и может быть использовано для усиления фундаментов мелкого заложения как строящихся зданий и сооружений, так и существующих при их реконструкции и ремонте. Устройство для изготовления буроинъекционной конической сваи состоит из последовательно соединенных штанг с центральным инъекционным каналом, объединяемых соединительными муфтами, и бурового устройства на конце нижней штанги. Буровое устройство выполнено в виде буровой головки, состоящей из раскрывающихся лопастей, шарнирно закрепленных на конце нижней штанги и имеющих винтовой профиль, а также отверстия для подачи рабочего раствора. Технический результат состоит в повышении несущей способности при изготовлении буроинъекционной конической сваи. 9 ил.
