APPARATUS FOR ENSURING SAFETY OF PEDESTRIAN CROSSING
FIELD: signalling.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to apparatuses of road signalling units, in particular, to apparatuses for ensuring the safety of a pedestrian crossing. The apparatus for ensuring the safety of a pedestrian crossing includes a support, mounted whereon are at least one light source, a video camera, a control unit, an information processing module. The video camera is configured to transmit an image to the information processing module via the control unit. The information processing module, functionally connected with the control unit, is configured to, based on the image received from the video camera, detect a "pedestrian" object and determine the trajectory of movement of the "pedestrian" object in a predetermined area of the pedestrian crossing. The light source is configured to change the operating mode upon receiving a signal from the information processing module via the control unit if a combination of factors have been identified: the presence of a "pedestrian" object in the determined area of the pedestrian crossing and the direction of the trajectory of movement of the "pedestrian" object towards the pedestrian crossing.EFFECT: increased effectiveness of alerting drivers about a pedestrian present on or approaching a pedestrian crossing.13 cl, 12 dwg
Изобретение относится к устройствам дорожных сигнальных установок, в частности к устройствам обеспечения безопасности пешеходного перехода. Технический результат - повышение эффективности предупреждения водителей о наличии пешехода на пешеходном переходе или приближения к нему. Устройство обеспечения безопасности пешеходного перехода включает опору, на которой смонтированы, по крайней мере, один источник освещения, видеокамера, блок управления, модуль обработки информации. Видеокамера выполнена с возможность передачи изображения на модуль обработки информации через блок управления. Модуль обработки информации, функционально соединенный с блоком управления, выполнен с возможностью на основании изображения, полученного от видеокамеры, детектирования объекта «пешеход» и определения траектории движения объекта «пешеход» в предварительно заданной зоне пешеходного перехода. Источник освещения выполнен с возможностью изменения режима работы в результате получения сигнала от модуля обработки информации через блок управления в случае выявления совокупности факторов: нахождения объекта «пешеход» в заданной зоне пешеходного перехода и направления траектории движения объекта «пешеход» в сторону пешеходного перехода. 12 з.п. ф-лы, 12 ил.
