PREFABRICATED LINED TANK
FIELD: metal structures.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal structures of the tank type, which serve to store various liquids or bulk materials. The prefabricated lined tank is installed on the supporting structure and connected to it by docked bottom, wall and ceiling panels. In the places where the panels are joined, interconnected elements of reinforcing the seam of the panels, respectively, walls, ceiling and bottom, are installed, and from the inside of the wall panels, elements of additional compensation for the deformation of the wall panels and internal extensions are installed. The tank is equipped with fittings for product intake and supply, as well as fittings for monitoring and measuring the level of the product, its drainage and breathing. The bottom, wall and ceiling panels, inspection and pressure hatches, as well as all other fittings of the tank are made of a combined metal sheet with layers of polymerized ethylene-propylene-diene monomer membrane and low-density high-pressure polyethylene glued to it.EFFECT: increasing the ease of assembly of the lined tank, providing the possibility of checking for tightness during assembly by using the electrospark method.10 cl, 12 dwg

Сборный футерованный резервуар установлен на опорной конструкции и соединён с ней состыкованными панелями дна, стен и перекрытия. В местах стыковки панелей установлены соединенные между собой элементы усиления шва панелей соответственно стен, перекрытия и дна, а с внутренней части панелей стен установлены элементы дополнительной компенсации деформации панелей стен и внутренние растяжки. Резервуар снабжен штуцерами забора продукта и его подачи, а также штуцерами контроля и замера уровня продукта, его дренажа и дыхания. Панели дна, стен и перекрытия, смотровой и напорный люки, а также все остальные штуцеры резервуара выполнены комбинированными из металлического листа с приклеенными к нему слоями мембраны полимеризованного этилен-пропилен-диен-мономера и полиэтилена высокого давления низкой плотности. Достигается повышение простоты сборки футерованного резервуара, обеспечение возможности проверки на герметичность в процессе сборки путем применения электроискрового метода. 9 з.п. ф-лы, 12 ил.
