Die Erfindung betrifft ein modular aufgebautes Krankenhaus (1), welches aus stapelbaren Patientenmodulen (3) besteht und welches von außen über einen Versorgungsturm (27) versorgt wird, ohne dass sich die Versorgungswege mit Patientenwegen überschneiden. Das Krankenhaus umfasst eine Skelettstruktur aus mehreren Etagen, wobei einzelnen Module (3) mit einem oder mehreren Zimmern in die Skelettstruktur eingeschoben sind.
