METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CERAMIC FILTER
Provided is a method including: a preliminary grinding step for driving rotation about a first axis L1 by a honeycomb structure provided with sealing parts at a first end 120a and a second end 120b in the lengthwise direction, grinding the honeycomb structure while a first rotating grindstone 20 or a second rotating grindstone 10, the distance of which from the first axis L1 is controllable, is moved from the first end 120a toward the second end 120b of the honeycomb structure, the first rotating grindstone 20 being harder than the second rotating grindstone 10, and using the first rotating grindstone 20 to grind hard sections of the honeycomb structure including the first end 120a and the second end 120b; and a main grinding step for using the second rotating grindstone 10 to grind the honeycomb structure. When manufacturing a ceramic filter, in the step for grinding the honeycomb structure, wear of the grindstones or other grinding members can be prevented.
L'invention concerne un procédé comprenant : une étape préliminaire de meulage consistant à entraîner une rotation autour d'un premier axe (L1) par une structure en nid d'abeilles pourvue de parties d'étanchéité au niveau d'une première extrémité (120a) et d'une seconde extrémité (120b) dans le sens de la longueur, à meuler la structure en nid d'abeilles pendant qu'une première meule rotative (20) ou une seconde meule rotative (10), dont la distance par rapport au premier axe (L1) peut être commandée, est déplacée de la première extrémité (120a) vers la seconde extrémité (120b) de la structure en nid d'abeilles, la première meule rotative (20) étant plus dure que la seconde meule rotative (10), et à utiliser la première meule rotative (20) pour meuler des sections dures de la structure en nid d'abeilles comprenant la première extrémité (120a) et la seconde extrémité (120b) ; et une étape de meulage principale consistant à utiliser la seconde meule rotative (10) pour meuler la structure en nid d'abeilles. Lors de la fabrication d'un filtre en céramique, au cours de l'étape consistant à meuler la structure en nid d'abeilles, l'usure des meules ou d'autres éléments de meulage peut être empêchée.
