VERFAHREN ZUR HERSTELLUNG EINES KERAMISCHEN FORMKÖRPERS
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines keramischen Formkörpers, mit den Schritten: a) Herstellen eines Grünkörpers enthaltend Keramikmaterial, Bindemittel und einen organischen Porenbildner; b) Erwärmen des Grünkörpers auf eine Temperatur bei oder über der Sublimationstemperatur des Porenbildners; c) Brennen des Grünkörpers zu einem keramischen Formkörper. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass der organische Porenbildner ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Dicarbonsäuren sowie Mischungen von Dicarbonsäuren, deren Sublimationstemperatur wenigstens 80 K unterhalb der Zersetzungstemperatur liegt.
The invention relates to a method for producing a ceramic moulded body, comprising the following steps: a) producing a green body containing ceramic material, binding agents and an organic pore forming agent; b) heating the green body to a temperature equal to or higher than the sublimation temperature of the pore forming agent; c) burning the green body to form a ceramic moulded body. According to the invention that the organic pore forming agent is selected from the group consisting of dicarboxylic acids and mixtures of dicarboxylic acids, the sublimation temperature being at least 80 k lower than the decomposition temperature.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un corps céramique mis en forme, qui comprend les étapes consistant à : a) fabriquer un corps cru contenant de la matière céramique, un liant et un agent porogène organique; b) porter le corps cru à une température proche de la température de sublimation de l'agent porogène ou supérieure à celle-ci ; c) cuire le corps cru de manière à obtenir un corps céramique mis en forme. Selon l'invention, l'agent porogène organique est choisi dans le groupe constitué par les acides dicarboxyliques ainsi que des mélanges d'acides dicarboxyliques, dont la température de sublimation se situe au moins 80 K en dessous de la température de décomposition.
