A natural-lighting device of one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a light-transmitting first slat for bending the light path of incident light from outdoors and projecting the light in a specific direction indoors; a first drive mechanism for driving the first slat; and a control unit for controlling the first drive mechanism so as to change the angle of inclination of the first slat in accordance with the position of the sun.
