TOP-DOWN REFUGE/EVACUATION FACILITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The present invention relates to a top-down refuge/evacuation facility management system and a system capable of monitoring a refuge/evacuation facility provided at an outer wall of a building and controlling an operation thereof. To this end, the system for managing the top-down refuge/evacuation facility, which is attached to the outer wall of the building in each room, comprises: a server (1) for performing control and monitoring operations; a relay (2) which is linked with the server (2) and performs a communication relay with a management controller (3); the management controller (3) which is attached to a refuge device part (4) attached to the outside of each room and controls the same; and the refuge device (4) enabling an evacuee to refuge and evacuate in case of emergency such as fire.
La présente invention concerne un système de gestion descendante d'installation de refuge/d'évacuation et un système capable de surveiller une installation de refuge/d'évacuation située au niveau d'une paroi extérieure d'un bâtiment et de commander le fonctionnement de celle-ci. Pour cela, le système de gestion descendante de l'installation de refuge/d'évacuation, qui est attachée à la paroi extérieure du bâtiment dans chaque pièce, comprend : un serveur (1) pour effectuer des opérations de commande et de surveillance ; un relais (2) qui est relié au serveur (2) et effectue un relais de communication avec un système de commande de gestion (3) ; le système de commande de gestion (3) est attaché à une partie dispositif de refuge (4) attachée à l'extérieur de chaque pièce et commande celle-ci ; et le dispositif de refuge (4) permettant à un évacué de trouver refuge et d'évacuer dans le cas d'une urgence telle qu'un incendie.
본 발명은 하향식 피난대피 시설 관리를 위한 시스템에 대한 것으로, 건물의 외벽에 구비되는 피난대피 시설의 모니터링 및 동작을 제어할 수 있는 시스템에 대한 것이다. 이를 위한 각호실별로 건물의 외벽에 부착되는 하향식 피난 대피시설을 관리하기 위한 시스템에 있어서, 제어 및 모니터링을 담당하는 서버(1)와 상기 서버(2)와 연동되고 관리제어기(3)와의 통신중계를 담당하는 중계기(2)와 각호실의 외부에 부착되는 피난장치부(4)에 부착되고, 이를 제어하기 위한 관리제어기(3) 및 화재와 같은 유사시 대피자를 피난 및 대피시킬 수 있는 피난장치부(4)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하향식 피난대피 시설 관리 시스템을 제공하게 된다.
