The purpose of the present invention is to provide a highly reliable sanitary unit structure according to which sanitary equipment comprising a shower, a washroom, and the like, can easily be adapted to installation spaces with different shapes in buildings, and to provide a construction method for same. Provided is a sanitary unit structure (1), which has a first room (2) comprising shower equipment and a second room (3) disposed adjacent to the first room inside an installation space enclosed by a structure floor, structure walls, and a structure ceiling of a building, wherein the first room has a unitized configuration to form a first room space and the second room has a shape corresponding to the space in the installation space other than the area in which the first room is installed, and the sanitary unit structure comprises: a floor panel (16) that is supported on the structure floor while having a designated space; a plurality of second room side wall panels (10) that constitute side walls by being erected in designated positions on the perimeter of the floor panel; and a second room ceiling panel (13) that connects to the second room side wall panels and constitutes the ceiling.
