SANITARY UNIT STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING SAME
Provided are a highly reliable sanitary unit structure that facilitates accommodation of a sanitary facility including a shower room and a washroom in variously shaped installation spaces having different shapes in a building, and a method for constructing the sanitary unit structure. A sanitary unit structure (1) for installing a shower room (2) and a washroom (3) adjacent to each other inside an installation space enclosed by a structural floor, structural walls, and a structural ceiling of a building has a configuration in which: the shower room has a unitized configuration forming a shower room space; the washroom has a shape accommodating to a space in the installation space other than an area where the shower room is installed; and a washroom space is formed by a floor panel (50) supported on the structural floor with a predetermined space therebetween, a plurality of washroom side wall panels (10) provided rising at predetermined positions in the periphery of the floor panel and constituting side walls, and a washroom ceiling wall panel (13) connected to the washroom side wall panels and forming a ceiling wall.
