MEMBER FOR PLASMA PROCESSING DEVICE AND PLASMA PROCESSING DEVICE PROVIDED WITH SAME
Provided are: a member which is used for a plasma processing device and has an excellent plasma-resistance and improved adhesion strength to a substrate of a film; and a plasma processing device provided with the same. A member (1) for a plasma processing device is provided with: a substrate (2) containing a first element which is a metal element or a semi-metal element; a film (3) located on the substrate (2) and having, as a main component, an oxide, a fluoride, or an acid fluoride of a rare earth element; an amorphous part (4) which is interposed between the substrate (2) and the film (3) and contains at least one among the first element, yttrium, oxygen, and fluorine.
L'invention concerne : un élément qui est utilisé pour un dispositif de traitement au plasma et qui a une excellente résistance au plasma et une force d'adhérence améliorée à un substrat d'un film ; et un dispositif de traitement au plasma équipé de celui-ci. Un élément (1) pour un dispositif de traitement au plasma est pourvu : d'un substrat (2) contenant un premier élément qui est un élément métallique ou un élément semi-métallique ; d'un film (3) situé sur le substrat (2) et ayant, en tant que composant principal, un oxyde, un fluorure, ou un fluorure d'acide d'un élément de terre rare ; d'une partie amorphe (4) qui est interposée entre le substrat (2) et le film (3) et contient au moins un élément parmi le premier élément, l'yttrium, l'oxygène et le fluor.
耐プラズマ性に優れ、膜の基材に対する密着強度が向上したプラズマ処理装置用部材およびこれを備えるプラズマ処理装置を提供する。プラズマ処理装置用部材（１）は、金属元素または半金属元素である第１元素を含む基材（２）と、基材（２）上に位置する希土類元素の酸化物、フッ化物または酸フッ化物を主成分とする膜（３）と、基材（２）および膜（３）の間に介在し、第１元素、イットリウムならびに酸素およびフッ素の少なくともいずれかを含む非晶質部（４）と、を備えて成る。
