An integrated spreading and leveling robot and a building construction apparatus. The integrated spreading and leveling robot comprises: a support (5); a spreading mechanism (1) disposed on the support (5) and configured to spread concrete on a floor surface; and a leveling mechanism (2) disposed on the support (5) and comprising a lower arm (21) and a leveling assembly (22), wherein the leveling assembly (22) is disposed on the lower arm (21), and is configured to flatten or smooth concrete on the floor surface, or perform flattening and smoothing at the same time.
