Impermeable waterproof fiber reinforced concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete materials, and discloses impervious waterproof fiber reinforced concrete and a preparation method thereof, after organic fluorine is introduced into polyester fibers, the periphery of a carbon chain is surrounded by a series of fluorine atoms with stable properties, and excellent alkali resistance is shown; meanwhile, fluorocarbon chains with low surface free energy are easier to enrich on the surface, so that the microstructure of the concrete is improved; the modified polyester fibers form a crossed net-shaped supporting system in a concrete matrix, the water bleeding phenomenon on the surface of the concrete is reduced, capillary channels in the concrete are blocked, water migration becomes difficult, and the anti-seepage and waterproof performance is obviously improved; strong cohesive force and mechanical meshing force exist between interfaces of the modified polyester fiber and the cement concrete-based material, so that the shrinkage stress of the concrete is weakened, the stripping of a concrete surface material in the freezing and thawing process is effectively prevented, and the anti-freezing property of the concrete is further improved.
本发明涉及混凝土材料技术领域,且公开了一种抗渗防水的纤维增强混凝土及其制备方法,聚酯纤维中引入有机氟后,碳链四周被一系列性质稳定的氟原子包围,表现出优异的耐碱性能;同时较低表面自由能的氟碳链更容易在表面富集,改善了混凝土的微观结构;改性聚酯纤维在混凝土基体中形成了交叉的网状支撑体系,降低了混凝土表面的析水现象,阻断混凝土中毛细管通道,使得水分的迁移变得困难,抗渗防水性能得到明显提高;改性聚酯纤维和水泥混凝土基材料界面间存在着较强的黏结力和机械啮合力,削弱了混凝土的收缩应力,有效阻止在冻融过程中混凝土表层材料的剥落,进而改善混凝土的抗冻性能。
