INSTALLATION METHOD FOR PREFABRICATED CAPPING BEAM OF VIADUCT
An installation method for a prefabricated capping beam of a viaduct, the installation method comprising the following steps: S1. sticking observation labels, involving sticking the observation labels to the end of a prefabricated capping beam, the central point of a side surface of the prefabricated capping beam and the central point of an upright post; S2. pre-assembling, involving hoisting the prefabricated capping beam to the upper end of the upright post, observing the observation labels to adjust the position of the prefabricated capping beam on the upright post, and marking the position of the prefabricated capping beam after adjusting to a desired position; and S3. performing formal assembly, involving hoisting the marked prefabricated capping beam, grouting from the top of the upright post, hoisting the capping beam to the top of the upright post after grouting, correcting according to the observation labels and the marks, and then performing formal assembly of the prefabricated capping beam to the upright post. According to the method, multiple observation labels are provided on the prefabricated capping beam and the upright post, both pre-assembly and formal assembly are performed for the prefabricated capping beam, and during the assembly process, the pre-positioning and re-checking of the verticality, flatness and elevation of the capping beam are performed by means of observing the marks, thereby greatly improving the assembly precision.
