FINE GRINDING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR STABILIZING CALCIUM OXIDE IN STEEL SLAG
The object of the invention is a fine grinding apparatus and method for stabilizing calcium oxide in steel slag. The apparatus comprises a closed frame part (1) and inside it a grinding plate (2) rotating around a vertical axis of rotation, onto the top surface (8) of which grinding plate is fed granular steel slag material (3). On the top surface (8) are grinding discs (4a) suspended on a vertical drive shaft ( 6 ), which rotate by the effect of the rotating motion of the grinding plate (2) and compress the material to be ground against the grinding plate (2). Preferably the apparatus comprises one or more gas input channels (12) leading to inside the frame part (1) for stabilizing the ground material containing calcium oxide inside the frame part (1).
L'objet de l'invention est un appareil de broyage fin et un procédé de stabilisation d'oxyde de calcium dans des scories d'acier. L'appareil comprend une partie cadre (1) fermée et à l'intérieur de laquelle se trouve une plaque de broyage (2) tournant autour d'un axe de rotation vertical, sur la surface supérieure (8) de laquelle la plaque de broyage est alimentée en matériau de scories d'acier granulaire (3). Sur la surface supérieure (8) se trouvent des disques de broyage (4a) suspendus sur un arbre d'entraînement vertical (6), qui tournent sous l'effet du mouvement de rotation de la plaque de broyage (2) et compriment le matériau à broyer contre la plaque de broyage (2). De préférence, l'appareil comprend un ou plusieurs canaux d'entrée de gaz (12) conduisant à l'intérieur de la partie cadre (1) pour stabiliser le matériau broyé contenant de l'oxyde de calcium à l'intérieur de la partie cadre (1).
