Method for reducing content of free calcium oxide in steel slag and steel slag powder
The invention provides a method for reducing the content of free calcium oxide in steel slag and steel slag powder, and relates to the technical field of industrial waste residue recycling. Comprising the following steps: (1) mixing steel slag and a solid grinding aid according to the ratio of the adding amount of the solid grinding aid to the mass of the steel slag of 1: (7-25) to obtain a steel slag mixture; and (2) grinding the steel slag mixture, spraying a liquid digesting agent into the steel slag mixture in the grinding process, and obtaining steel slag powder after grinding is completed. The content of free calcium oxide in the obtained steel slag powder is 1.1 wt%-1.4 wt%.
本发明提供一种降低钢渣中游离氧化钙含量的方法及钢渣粉,涉及工业废渣再利用技术领域。包括如下步骤:(1)将钢渣与固体助磨剂按照固体助磨剂添加量与钢渣质量比为1:(7‑25)混合,得到钢渣混合物;(2)对所述钢渣混合物进行粉磨,粉磨过程中向所述钢渣混合物中喷入液体消解剂,粉磨完成得到钢渣粉。所得钢渣粉中游离氧化钙的含量为1.1wt%‑1.4wt%。
