MEMBER WITH FILM AND PLASMA PROCESSING APPARATUS PROVIDED WITH SAME
This member with a film is provided with: a base material; and a film that is provided on at least a part of the base material, while being formed of an oxide, fluoride, oxyfluoride or nitride of a rare earth element. This member with a film is configured such that the reflectance of the film at a wavelength of 700 nm is higher than 50%, while the reflectance of the film at a wavelength of 400 nm is lower than 50%.
L'élément à film selon la présente invention est pourvu : d'un matériau de base ; et d'un film qui est disposé sur au moins une partie du matériau de base, et qui est formé d'un oxyde, d'un fluorure, d'un oxyfluorure ou d'un nitrure d'une terre rare. Le présent élément avec film est conçu de telle sorte que la réflectance du film à une longueur d'onde de 700 nm est supérieure à 50 %, tandis que la réflectance du film à une longueur d'onde de 400 nm est inférieure à 50 %.
