VIBRATION MOTOR HAVING THROUGH HOLE FORMED IN ROTOR
The present invention relates to a vibration motor having a through hole formed in a rotor, in which: a rotor that penetrates and is coupled to a motor housing and a vibrating part plays a role of receiving a cleaning solvent and at the same time acts as a vibration transmission medium, and thus, no separate supply pipe is required, thereby contributing to cost reduction and productivity improvement; simplification of an internal structure assists in improving performance; a nozzle is detachably fixed to a front end of the rotor, and thus, various types of nozzles can be selectively replaced according to an object to be cleaned; and an object to be cleaned can be effectively washed by supplying various cleaning solvents such as water, oil, powder, and air to the through hole in the rotor.
La présente invention concerne un moteur à vibrations ayant un trou traversant formé dans un rotor, dans laquelle : un rotor qui pénètre et est accouplé à un carter de moteur et à une partie vibrante joue un rôle de réception d'un solvant de nettoyage et sert en même temps de milieu de transmission de vibrations et, par conséquent, aucun tuyau d'alimentation séparé n'est nécessaire, ce qui contribue à une réduction du coût et à une amélioration de la productivité ; la simplification d'une structure interne aide à améliorer les performances ; une buse est fixée de manière amovible à une extrémité avant du rotor, et ainsi, divers types de buses peuvent être remplacés de façon sélective en fonction d'un objet à nettoyer ; et un objet à nettoyer peut être efficacement lavé par l'alimentation de divers solvants de nettoyage tels que l'eau, l'huile, la poudre et l'air dans le trou traversant dans le rotor.
본 발명은 모터 하우징과 진동부를 관통하여 결합되는 회전자가 세척용제를 공급받는 역할 및 진동전달 매개체 역할을 동시에 하게 되므로 별도의 공급관이 필요없어 원가절감 및 생산성 향상에 기여하게 되며, 내부 구조를 간소화하여 성능향상에도 도움을 주며, 회전자의 선단에 노즐이 착탈가능하게 고정되므로 세척하고자 하는 대상물에 따라 여러가지 노즐을 선택적으로 교체하여 사용할 수 있으며, 회전자의 관통공에 물, 오일, 분말, 공기 등의 다양한 세척용제를 공급하여 대상물을 효율적으로 세척할 수 있는 회전자에 관통공이 형성되는 진동모터에 관한 것이다.
