Vorgesehen sind ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines siliziumkarbidhaltigen Werkstücks, bei denen : ein Rohling (2) in einem beheizten Reaktor (1) gehalten wird, eine Gaszusammensetzung als Präkursor zur Siliziumkarbiderzeugung in den Reaktor (1) geleitet wird, wobei die Gaszusammensetzung gasförmiges Tetrachlorsilan als Siliziumquelle und ein Kohlenwasserstoff gas als Kohlenstoffquelle enthält, und das siliziumkarbidhaltige Werkstück unter Einwirkung der Gaszusammensetzung aus dem Rohling (2) erzeugt wird.
Provided are a method and a device for producing a silicon carbide-containing workpiece in which: a blank (2) is held in a heated reactor (1), a gas composition is conducted into the reactor (1) as a precursor for the silicon carbide production, wherein the gas composition contains gaseous tetrachlorosilane as the silicon source and a hydrocarbon gas as the carbon source, and the silicon carbide-containing workpiece is produced from the blank (2) under the action of the gas composition.
L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour fabriquer une pièce contenant du carbure de silicium. Selon l'invention, on maintient une ébauche (2) dans un réacteur (1) chauffé, on introduit dans le réacteur (1) une composition gazeuse en tant que précurseur pour la production de carbure de silicium, cette composition gazeuse contenant du tétrachlorure de silicium gazeux comme source de silicium et un hydrocarbure gazeux comme source de carbone, et la pièce contenant du carbure de silicium est produite à partir de l'ébauche (2) sous l'action de la composition gazeuse.
