METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CERAMIC PLATE HAVING ANTIBACTERIAL FUNCTION
A method for manufacturing a ceramic plate having an antibacterial function, according to exemplary embodiments of the present invention, may comprise: a material preparation step of combining ceramic materials; a ball milling step of grinding the ceramic materials, thereby preparing a ceramic powder; a stirring step of stirring the ceramic powder and a binder, thereby preparing a ceramic slurry; a granulation step of granulating the ceramic slurry through spray drying; a molding step of filling a square mold with the granulated ceramic, and then applying pressure thereto by means of a powder pressing machine, thereby molding same into a molded product; and a firing step of firing the molded product stepwise, wherein, in the material preparation step, the ceramic materials can be prepared by adding a colorant and a first additive to aluminum oxide (Al2O3), and then mixing same, and the first additive can be germanium (Ge).
Un procédé de fabrication d'une plaque céramique ayant une fonction antibactérienne, selon des modes de réalisation donnés à titre d'exemple de la présente invention, peut comprendre : une étape de préparation de matériau consistant à combiner des matériaux céramiques ; une étape de broyage à boulets consistant à broyer les matériaux céramiques, ce qui permet de préparer une poudre céramique ; une étape d'agitation consistant à agiter la poudre céramique et un liant, ce qui permet de préparer une suspension céramique ; une étape de granulation consistant à granuler la suspension de céramique par séchage par pulvérisation ; une étape de moulage consistant à remplir un moule carré avec la céramique granulée, puis à appliquer une pression sur celle-ci au moyen d'une machine de pressage de poudre, ce qui permet de la mouler en un produit moulé ; et une étape de cuisson consistant à cuire le produit moulé progressivement ; dans l'étape de préparation des matériaux, les matériaux céramiques peuvent être préparés par ajout d'un colorant et d'un premier additif à l'oxyde d'aluminium (Al2O3), puis par mélange de ceux-ci, et le premier additif peut être du germanium (Ge).
