METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CERAMIC PLATE HAVING DEODORIZING FUNCTION
A method for manufacturing a ceramic plate having a deodorizing function according to embodiments of the present invention may comprise: a raw material preparing step of preparing a ceramic raw material by combination; a ball milling step of pulverizing the ceramic raw material to prepare a ceramic powder; a stirring step of stirring the ceramic powder and a binder to prepare a ceramic slurry; a granulating step of performing a spray dryer process to granulate the ceramic slurry; a molding step of filling the granulated ceramic in a circular mold and then applying pressure by using a powder press apparatus, thereby forming a molded body; and a firing step of firing the molded body by stages, wherein in the raw material preparing step, the ceramic raw material may be prepared by adding a colorant and a first additive to aluminum oxide (Al2O3) followed by mixing, and the first additive may be germanium (Ge).
Un procédé de fabrication d'une plaque céramique ayant une fonction de désodorisation selon des modes de réalisation de la présente invention peut comprendre : une étape de préparation de matière première consistant à préparer une matière première céramique par combinaison ; une étape de broyage à boulets consistant à pulvériser la matière première céramique pour préparer une poudre céramique ; une étape d'agitation consistant à agiter la poudre céramique et un liant pour préparer une suspension céramique ; une étape de granulation consistant à effectuer un processus de séchage par pulvérisation pour granuler la suspension céramique ; une étape de moulage consistant à disposer la céramique granulée dans un moule circulaire puis à appliquer une pression à l'aide d'un appareil de pressage de poudre, formant ainsi un corps moulé ; et une étape de cuisson consistant à cuire le corps moulé par étapes, dans l'étape de préparation de matière première, la matière première céramique pouvant être préparée par ajout d'un colorant et d'un premier additif à l'oxyde d'aluminium (Al2O3) suivi d'un mélange, et le premier additif pouvant être du germanium (Ge).
