A method for manufacturing a ceramic plate having a deodorizing function according to exemplary embodiments of the present invention comprises: a raw material preparation step of combining ceramic raw materials; a ball mill step of pulverizing the ceramic raw materials to manufacture ceramic powder; a stirring step of stirring the ceramic powder and a binder to manufacture ceramic slurry; a granulation step of performing a spray dryer process to granulate the ceramic slurry; a molding step of filling a circular mold with the granulated ceramic and applying pressure using a powder press device to form a molded body; and a firing step of gradually firing the molded body, wherein the ceramic raw material may be manufactured by adding a colorant and a first additive to aluminum oxide (Al_2O_3) and then mixing them in the raw material preparation step, and the first additive may be germanium (Ge).
본 발명의 예시적인 실시예들에 따른 탈취 기능을 가지는 세라믹 플레이트의 제조 방법은 세라믹 원료를 조합하는 원료 준비 단계, 상기 세라믹 원료를 분쇄하여 세라믹 파우더를 제조하는 볼밀 단계, 상기 세라믹 파우더와 바인더를 교반하여 세라믹 슬러리를 제조하는 교반 단계, 스프레이 드라이어 공정을 수행하여 상기 세라믹 슬러리를 과립화 시키는 과립화 단계, 원형 금형에 상기 과립화된 세라믹을 채운 후 분말 프레스 장치를 이용하여 압력을 가함으로써 성형체로 성형하는 성형 단계, 상기 성형체를 단계적으로 소성시키는 소성 단계를 포함할 수 있으며, 상기 원료 준비 단계에서, 상기 세라믹 원료는 산화알루미늄(Al2O3)에 대해 착색제 및 제1 첨가제를 첨가한 후 혼합함으로써 제조될 수 있고, 상기 제1 첨가제는 게르마늄(Ge)일 수 있다.
