CONSTRUCTION PRODUCT
A construction product comprising an accelerated carbonation-cured mixture and a method of manufacturing the construction product is provided. The method comprises: producing a mixture of bio-aggregate and a binder, the binder comprising an alkaline earth metal oxide or alkaline earth metal hydroxide; and exposing the mixture to a carbon dioxide containing feed stream for accelerated carbonation of the mixture. The method further comprises: forming the mixture into a predetermined geometric shape; and providing a planar lining material on one or more outer faces of the predetermined geometric shape.
L'invention concerne un produit de construction comprenant un mélange accéléré durci par gazéification et un procédé de fabrication du produit de construction. Le procédé consiste à : produire un mélange de bio-agrégat et d'un liant, le liant comprenant un oxyde de métal alcalino-terreux ou un hydroxyde de métal alcalino-terreux ; et exposer le mélange à un flux d'alimentation contenant du dioxyde de carbone pour une carbonatation accélérée du mélange. Le procédé consiste en outre à : former le mélange en une forme géométrique prédéterminée ; et fournir un matériau de revêtement plan sur une ou plusieurs faces externes de la forme géométrique prédéterminée.

L'invention concerne un produit de construction comprenant un mélange accéléré durci par gazéification et un procédé de fabrication du produit de construction. Le procédé consiste à : produire un mélange de bio-agrégat et d'un liant, le liant comprenant un oxyde de métal alcalino-terreux ou un hydroxyde de métal alcalino-terreux ; et exposer le mélange à un flux d'alimentation contenant du dioxyde de carbone pour une carbonatation accélérée du mélange. Le procédé consiste en outre à : former le mélange en une forme géométrique prédéterminée ; et fournir un matériau de revêtement plan sur une ou plusieurs faces externes de la forme géométrique prédéterminée.
