UNDERSEA POLYMER CEMENT-BASED MORTAR AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR
Disclosed are an undersea polymer cement-based mortar and a preparation method therefor, belonging to the technical field of seabed leveling and repairing in ocean engineering. The polymer cement-based mortar is prepared from cement, fine sand, a flocculating agent, a setting accelerator and a powdery water reducing agent. The flocculating agent is synthesized from a polypropylene monomer and other components, and the setting accelerator is a setting accelerator synthesized from water-based epoxy resin and other components. By means of provision of the flocculating agent and the setting accelerator, the polymer cement-based mortar and the preparation method therefor improve the fluidity and various mechanical properties of the polymer cement-based mortar in a marine environment, and also reduce the underwater dispersion characteristic of the polymer cement-based mortar, thereby achieving good seabed surface leveling and repairing effects.
