BATTERY-POWERED HYDRAULIC SHOVEL
A battery-powered hydraulic shovel 1 comprises: a driver's seat 14 disposed in a vehicle body 10; a hood 15 above which in the vertical direction the driver's seat 14 is attached, and which can be opened and closed; a removable battery 30 which is disposed below the hood 15 in the vertical direction; a hydraulic pump 43 which is disposed below the hood 15 in the vertical direction and below the battery 30; and an electric motor 42 which is disposed below the hood 15 in the vertical direction and below the battery 30. The removal direction of the battery 30 is parallel with an opening/closing axis AX1 of the hood 15.
